Astrid Lebon
Physiotherapist- I graduated with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from ISEK in 2010. My professional journey began with a deep interest in pre- and postnatal physiotherapy, which naturally led me to specialise in pelvic floor rehabilitation, an approach that continues to shape my overall practice. Alongside this, I collaborated closely with an ENT specialist, which sparked my interest in vestibular rehabilitation and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. Over the years, I’ve also developed expertise in treating spinal pain, including neck (cervical), mid-back (thoracic), and lower back (lumbar) conditions. My approach combines gentle manual therapy, tailored exercises, and a strong focus on listening to each patient’s individual needs. In addition to these areas of expertise, I also offer general physiotherapy to provide comprehensive support tailored to each patient’s individual needs. I offer personalized care that considers the body as a whole, recognizing the deep connection between physical symptoms, emotional well-being, and daily life.
